3. Annual Review
a. Every year we sit down with you and review your needs as if we were just meeting for the first time.  Things change, businesses can grow and shrink, plan benefits and premium levels can grow and shrink.  A plan that may not have been right for you one year may now be ideal.


4. Quarterly Information Sessions
a. Health insurance benefits are a great employee retention tool so long as employees recognize the value of what they have!

On a quarterly basis we schedule a time to meet with employees as a group or on an individual basis to review their benefits and make them aware of some of the lesser known, but highly valuable aspects of their employer-sponsored plan.

We answer employee questions and offer guidance on a whole range of subjects from health insurance basics to general wellness issues.

5. Ongoing Service
a. As insurance agents, we are paid on a monthly basis as you pay your premiums to the insurance company.  We therefore consider it our duty to be available on an ongoing basis.  In addition to the customer support team at the insurance company, we want employees of your company to feel comfortable calling our office for help and getting the guidance they need when they need it.
